Can you please translate from ibn Jawazi's akham ul nisa? since the book is in arabic and unaccessible to many of us who are not arabic speakers, yet the book has some beneficial info pertaining to muslimahs. Women's Freedom!?

يقولون اليوم : تحرير المرأة ، بل هو تخريب المرأة

“They say today [i.e. in this era] : Tahreer-ul-Mar'aah ‘Freedom of the Woman’, Rather, Indeed it is Takhreeb-ul-Mar'aah 'Destruction of the Woman'!”

"Examples of outstanding and distinguished women can be found in Islamic history who were skilled in the arts and sciences and the books are filled with their biographies and female scholars of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), Mufassiraat (female explainers of the Quraan), Adeebaat (female literary writers), Shaa'iraat (poets), and 'Aalimaat (scholars) in all of the sciences of the Deen and the Arabic language."

The Responsibility of the Muslim Woman

"So the Muslim women of today must fear Allah with respect to themselves and thier societies. Likewise, the women of today, and first and foremost, the Muslim women, must focus on raising thier sons and daughters in the homes, since they will be questioned about the children who are under their care and guardianship.

They must raise thier daughters to have righteous manners and proper etiquettes, and to cover themselves and have modesty. The Prophet (may the peace & blessings of Allah be upon him) said: {Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock. A woman is a shepherd for her husband's home and she is responsible for taking care of it.}

So a woman must raise her children in an upright manner since all children that live in the house fall under her custody and she is responsible for them."

From Hishaam that his father ['Urwa- the scholar & nephew of 'Aisha] said: ''Indeed I have accompanied 'Aaishah (radhiyallaahu 'anhaa), and I have never seen any one, ever, who is more knowledgeable of any verse , or of the inheritance laws, or of the Sunnah, or poetry, or of the Arab history, or lineages, or of the judgments, or medicine...' page: 47 And Imaam ash-Sha'bee used to mention her, and be amazed by her understanding of the religion and her knowledge. Then he would say : ''But [after all] what do you think about the Prophetic nurturing !?''[Meaning don't be amazed by her knowledge and excellence. Indeed she was nurtured and cultivated by the best of all the people, the Imaam of Imaams, the scholar of all scholars, and it is the Prophet Sallallaahu 'alayhi wasallam]page: 49
